• Online Orders: 

  Restaurants can take online orders through the Review Tale platform, for which a nominal commission will be charged.

• Review Management:

  Review Tale provides personalised review management services to help restaurants manage and improve their online reputation. This service can be charged as a one-time fee or on a monthly basis as per agreement.

• Platform Optimization:

  Review Tale assists restaurants in optimizing their enlistments on other platforms for local directory enlistments or else. This service is provided for a token amount based on the specific needs. Local Marketing Solutions: Review Tale helps restaurants with local marketing strategies to enhance their visibility and attract more customers in their area.

3. Commission and Fees

• A certain percentage of commission will be charged by Review Tale on online orders made through the reviewtale.com platform. The exact percentage will be outlined in a separate agreement.
• Fees for review management, local marketing solutions, and platform optimization services will be determined based on the scope of services required and will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of work.

4. User Obligations

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding your use of our services and your activities on the Review Tale platform.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Review Tale services or the servers and networks connected to the services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and data on reviewtale.com, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of or licensed to Review Tale and are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Review Tale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

• Review Tale will not be held responsible for any cash payment transactions, delivery-related matters, or food quality issues for those restaurants not directly reviewed by Review Tale.

• Review Tale shall not be responsible for any issues arising from transactions or interactions between users and third-party services.

• Review Tale reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice and without liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have breached these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Review Tale operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
